2.1. These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) set out the rights and obligations relating to the rental of Aesthetic Studio (photo studio), operated by Vivien Vance Kft. (the “Service Provider”), and to the use of the related services.
2.2. The contract is concluded between the Service Provider and the natural or legal person renting the studio (the “Client”).
2.3. By completing a booking on the website or ordering the service, the Client acknowledges that they have read and understood these Terms and the Studio House Rules, and accepts them as binding.
3.1. How to book: the studio can be booked through the booking system on the website or by written arrangement.
3.2. Prices and the right to amend them: the prices shown on the website and in other materials are net prices, to which 27% VAT is added. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend rental and service prices unilaterally. A price change does not apply retroactively to bookings already completed and confirmed.
3.3. Method of payment: the service fee is settled by bank transfer.
3.4. Payment deadline: no advance deposit is required. Following the booking, the Service Provider issues and sends the invoice to the Client. The Client is obliged to pay the full amount shown on the invoice by bank transfer within the payment deadline stated on it.
3.5. Security deposit: the Service Provider does not ask for an advance deposit; however, the Client bears full financial responsibility for any damage caused to the studio and its furnishings (see Section 6).
4.1. The Client may cancel or amend the booked slot on the following terms, counted from the start time of the booking:
Free cancellation/amendment: cancelling or changing the date at least 3 days (72 hours) before the booked slot is free of charge. Cancelling within 48 hours: if cancelled 48 hours (but more than 24 hours) before the time of the booking, the Client is obliged to pay 50% of the rental fee. Cancelling within 24 hours, or not showing up: if cancelled within 24 hours of the booking, or in the event of a no-show, the Client is obliged to pay 100% of the rental fee.
4.2. The Client must give notice of an intention to cancel or amend in writing, to the email address given on the website: info@aesthetic-studio.hu
4.3. The amount invoiced is due to the Service Provider because the booked slot could not be filled.
5.1. Under Section 29(1)(l) of Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.), the consumer is not entitled to the 14-day right of withdrawal without justification, because studio rental qualifies as a contract for services to be provided on a specific date.
5.2. Accordingly, a booking may only be cancelled on the cancellation terms set out in Section 4 of these Terms.
6.1. Capacity limit: a maximum of 8 people may be in the studio at any one time (including crew, photographer, model and companions). A larger number is possible only with the prior written consent of the Service Provider.
6.2. Handover and protection of equipment: The Client may not remove any object, fixture or piece of equipment from the studio. At the end of the rental period the Client must hand over the studio and all its furnishings in the same condition in which they received them. Any furniture and equipment that has been moved must be returned to its original place within the rental period.
6.3. Cleanliness and footwear: Wearing outdoor shoes anywhere in the studio is strictly FORBIDDEN. The Client and their guests must use indoor shoes, shoe covers or socks. If the model has to be photographed in outdoor shoes, the soles must be taped over or thoroughly cleaned before entering the studio.
6.4. Smoking and soiling: smoking (including electronic cigarettes) and the use of open flames are strictly forbidden anywhere in the studio. In the event of extreme soiling, the Service Provider may charge a separate cleaning fee.
6.5. Damage and liability: The Client uses the studio’s furnishings, equipment and photo backdrops (including the surface of the cyclorama / photo wall) at their own risk. In the event of damage, breakage, loss, or the soiling or damaging of the photo wall, the Service Provider will invoice the Client for the full cost of restoration, repair or replacement, depending on the extent of the damage. The Client is also responsible for the conduct of every person they bring into the studio (model, crew, guests) and for any damage those people cause.
7.1. The Client may submit complaints about the service to the Service Provider at the email address given: info@aesthetic-studio.hu
7.2. In the event of a consumer dispute, a Client who is a private individual may turn to the Conciliation Board competent for their place of residence or stay. (Competent for the Service Provider’s seat: Budapest Conciliation Board – 1016 Budapest, Krisztina krt. 99. 3rd floor 310.)
8.1. In matters not regulated by these Terms, the provisions of Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code, Act CVIII of 2001 on electronic commerce services, and Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.) on the detailed rules of contracts between consumers and businesses shall apply.
